S8サーバーでメールを送っているのですが、相手がプロバイダにODNを使っている人にだけエラーで送れません。
XREAのサポートに聞いても「自分は悪くない」的な回答しか無く役に立ちません。
どなたか、解決方法の分かる方はいないでしょうか？

【エラーメッセージ】
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at s8.xrea.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

同じメールで複数宛先にして他の人には届いているし、相手も私以外からは問題なく受信しているそうです。

メールサーバーログにて、エラーメッセージを確認いたしました。
先方様のサーバーの応答がないため、リトライを繰り返しますが、送信できない状態でした。

念のため、ODN様にも問い合わせをいたしておりますが、
MTAを安定バージョンに更新したしましたので、暫く様子を見ていただきましたら幸いに存じます。
